Parent Teacher Association

Our PTA is formed through the general assembly of parents and includes parents, teachers, and school administrators. Together, they collaborate to support school initiatives, strengthen community engagement, and enhance the learning environment.

Mission

The PTA at Arzana Private School is a collaborative partnership between parents and educators, dedicated to enriching student learning and strengthening the overall school experience. It provides a platform for parents to understand school initiatives, share their perspectives, and participate in shaping a positive and inclusive school culture.
Arzana’s active and committed PTA helps maintain strong communication, supports
events and programs, and contributes to the school’s mission and vision. Parent
Involvement is welcomed and valued as an essential part of our community.

Aims and Objectives

  • Promote Child Welfare: Enhancing the well-being of children at home, in school, and in the broader community.

  • Strengthen Home–School Connection: Encouraging cooperation between
    parents and teachers to support student learning.

  • Encourage Collaborative Efforts: Uniting parents and educators to ensure
    Children benefit physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally.

  • Provide a Collaborative Platform: Offering a forum for discussion,
    recommendations, and informed decision-making on matters affecting education.

  • Foster Mutual Understanding: Promoting positive relationships and teamwork
    among parents, guardians, and teachers.

  • Promote Awareness of School Policies: Ensuring clarity and understanding of
    school policies to support their effective implementation.

 

Foundation of PTA and Areas of Authority

PTA is composed of 12-18 members representing the parents, 2 members representing the teachers and 2 members representing the school administration. The PTA committee has authority to set or modify internal rules and regulations upon the approval of 2/3rd of its members.
